서머셋 레지던스중 가장 최근에 지여진 건물이라 당연히 시설 최고로 좋아요. 가격도 엄청 저렴하고요.  그런데 위치가 애매한 2군이라서 호치민 처음이신 분들은 좀 택시비 좀 나갈듯 해요. 걍 2군에서 노실 생각하시는게 편해요.   저는 내년엔 아싸리 한달살기 할려구요.

Nice and clean apartment. Staff were friendly. It's about 20 to 30 mins car ride to the city centre. Starbucks downstairs and convenient stores across the street.

직원분들 친절하고, 레지던스라 객실이 넓고 세탁기 및 주방이 갖춰져있어 편리하다. 다만, 위치는 시내와 멀다.

조용한 동네라서 저녁에 편안하게 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 청결도 및 컨디션은 아주 좋았고요. 수영장이 거대하고 관광객들이 별로 없어서 넓은공간을 거의 우리끼리만 이용할 정도라서 좋았어요. 다만 새벽에 숙소로 도착하게 되면 주변이 너무 어두워서 로비 찾는데 조금 헤멜 수 있어요 그랩으로 숙소 주소를 치면 옆 건물로 안내해 주는데 건물 1층에 있는 스타벅스를 찾아서 조금만 걸어가시면 됩니다. (도보 1-2분 거리 이내) 아이를 데리고 투숙하기에 아주 좋을 것 같습니다. 그랩 이용시에도 시내까지 한화 7-8000원 정도라서 큰 부담 없어요. 추천드려요~

All the services is good. Location is a little bit far from the Main Street. It’s worth it.

호치민 출장에서는 1군지역을 많이 이용하는데 이번에는 2군에 somerset feliz로 잡았습니다. 1군과의 거리가 있어서 불편함은 있지만 지역 분위기 깨끗하고 호텔도 좋은것 같아서, 장기출장에는 좋을것 같습니다
