Was a great stay - breakfast, comfy bed, cosy settings. However, soundproof kinda weak - can hear doors opening sound on and off, also noise from the street.

A refined hotel, excellent service from all members of staff. The rooms are elegant and the hotel has many original pieces of art that add to the ambience. The rooftop pool and bar are great places to escape the hustle and bustle of Saigon. Decent breakfast options, international and Vietnamese. The hotel offers excellent value for the quality and I would definitely stay here again. My only minor criticism would be the rather limited gym facilities, otherwise an excellent place to stay if you are visiting the city.

客觀地説，酒店的地理位置不錯，硬件及衞生情況也不錯。服務方面分成兩類，大多數年輕的男女服務員都非常地熱情，友好。但是年紀稍大的女性員工就比較差了，態度有些傲慢，做事效率低下。應該是在胡志明遇到最差的酒店體驗了吧。真心建議酒店應該提升一下你們年長女性員工的工作態度。 入住時候很不幸遇到一位態度不太好的前台，讓我對這個酒店產生了反感。附圖這位即是。

房間沒有浴缸很可惜。但是早餐非常好吃！
用銀聯訂酒店，買二送一再送早餐，相對比較划算。剩下一晚再在攜程買

想着體驗一下本土風情，選擇這家酒店…酒店很小，空間香氛還是挺好聞的，前台的人員服務都很得體，禮貌，體驗感一開始還是挺好的…結果上到房間，真的很臟，我無法想象五星級酒店的枕頭會是這樣的，下樓換到第二個房間，房間水黴味非常重，於是換到第三個房間，第三個房間的枕頭還是臟的……期間服務員一直表達歉意，服務態度也很好，但酒店最重要的還是衞生！！！住兩天下來，就是感覺，這家酒店管理層很有服務意識，但是基層服務員真的稀爛，酒店門僮看到我們走過來，和我們對視完扭頭裝作看不見我們，兩天入住，幾乎沒有幫我們開過車門，第一天開夜床後送的水果很精緻，但是第二天晚上我們回來，剩下的一些水果也沒人收走，整個房間都有那種水果餿掉的味道，打電話給前台説幫忙收拾一下，結果就是放門口就可以（就是真的那種禮貌都有，但是感覺衞生意識完全沒有）總的來説不值得1000+的定價

房間裝修都還挺不錯的，衹是他們都不懂中文啊
床品不錯，但床很軟，睡不習慣。
早餐不錯，房間也不大。

Love the breakfast as it highlights Vietnamese culture, offering delicacies like Vietnamese coffee, Banh Mi and Pho. Room is big with a great view of Ho Chih Minh City. It is walking distance to the Saigon Central Post Office.
