お部屋はすごく清潔とは言えないですが、まあ許容できるレベルでした。 ベンタイン市場からドンコイ通りまで徒歩で行ける立地と、9階のフリードリンクと屋上のリラックス空間は最高でした。 年末〜年始にかけて宿泊しましたが、無料のニューイヤーパーティーが開催され、軽食も用意していただきました。 屋上から花火も見えて楽しい年越しになりました。 総合的に良い滞在でした。ありがとう！

Stayed here twice now ..great hotel and its a little bit different too ...The free drinks fridge and nibbles on the top floor along with the view is also well worth it ..Thanks again

사진을 보세요. 저게 창문인가요? 이게 시티뷰 인가요? 어떻게 이런 객실을 저한테 줄수 있는지 이해가 안됩니다. 창문은 있어도 열수도 없고 .... 너무너무 답답한 호텔입니다. 그림 그리는 종이도 없습니다. 거울이 가리고있어 열수도 없는 창문을 창문있는 시티뷰 방이라고 판매하다니 어떻게 이게 창문포함 방입니까? 다른방 요청했는데 직원 2명중 1명은 고민을 하는데 한명은 안된다고 불친절하게 고개를 흔들고 있네요. 하루만 예약하기 잘했네요. 같은 돈이면 절대 예약하지 마시고 다른 호텔 알아보세요 저는 9만원 정도에 예약했는데 한국 모텔보다 안좋습니다. 대체 이 호텔이 좋다고 극찬하는 분들이 이해가 안됩니다. 음료수, 과자 공짜라고 해도 방 상태도 너무 더럽고 창문도 안열리고... 최악의 호텔입니다. 그냥 돈 버렸습니다. 청소상태 엉망... 샤워기는 진짜 너무 더러워서 토할뻔 했습니다. 조식도 진짜 ... 쓰레깁니다. 차라리 그냥 근처 식당에서 돈주고 사먹으세요.. 다시는 안갑니다. 찝찝해서 다른 호텔가서 엄청 씻었습니다. 한국분들 제발 여기 가지마세요 개토나옵니다. 더러워서.

Nice location. Free drink and snack are provided at the top floor. Lovely. Washing machine is free to use. High CP value for the hotel.

The hotel location is central and the rooms are well maintained.

Super good perfect service convenient location

Location-wise, this place is good. However, I will not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone, for several reasons: I had to move rooms twice in one night and was completely unable to sleep due to two major issues: the air conditioner and the motor noise in the room on the 2nd floor. While such problems could have been manageable, the staff’s attitude made the situation worse. Although they tried to resolve the issues, one staff member named May displayed a very bad attitude (I don’t believe it was a language barrier). She repeatedly told me to request a refund through the agent (Trip.com). However, she showed no concern for my predicament—how was I supposed to find alternative accommodation on such short notice? I moved to three rooms in one night, and all of them had an overwhelmingly strong and intolerable fragrance that made it impossible to stay comfortably. To make matters worse, the price is not cheap either, which makes this entire experience even more disappointing. All in all, this is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life.

These are the pluses. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to major attractions. Check in was swift. Amenities were good with self service pantry. Water, beer, drinks, snacks all you can eat or drink. Bathroom was spacious. Unique swing in room. These are the minuses. Only one lift with mouldy smell. Nicely camouflaged with dim lighting so you can’t really see it. Trust your nose. Bathroom in 604 had black mould on ceiling. Laundry had 2 washers and dryers. Got bitten by mosquitoes there as it’s located on rooftop. Despite the minuses, still a good deal for location if you score a good price.
