Regarding your claims that our staff entered your room without your permission, please note that for this specific case, our team approached your room due to a strong smell of cigarette smoke reported by other guests. As smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building, we needed to investigate for the safety and comfort of all guests. Entry was then made with your presence and permission at the time. In response to the shower, we regret not hearing about it during your stay. Upon inspection after your departure, no damage matching your description was found by our team. We always encourage all guests to inform us of any issues for timely assistance. As for the noise, kindly note that we are a city hotel, so we understand if the nighttime activities affected your rest. As an effort to ensure your comfort, we assigned you to one of the quieter sections of the building. However, we understand that preferences may vary. Lastly, please know that our team strives to provide attentive and personalized service to every guest. In this case, we were personally attending to you at check-in and ensuring all procedures, including a clear explanation of our non-smoking policy with guidance to the designated smoking areas.
