酒店根本不是正規的酒店，是藏在居民樓裏的名宿，所以前台也沒有，電話給前台説派人來接，半天也沒來人。再電話前台連電話也不接！然後公寓樓保安也不讓我們進，衹能在外面曬太陽，然後我要求退酒店的時候酒店居然拒絕退款！第一次見識這麼垃圾的酒店。如果酒店不是正規酒店而是名宿這種情況，那應該明確標記這是名宿，如何找到酒店也應該明確標記，這根本是欺騙消費者的行為！

酒店周邊設施挺齊全的，有超市買東西方便，打車也方便。房間裏的設施呢比較一般，電視機很小和宣傳圖片不符合。如果叫外賣需要到樓下去拿，酒店的服務很差，我們入住的晚上向商家要了電飯煲做飯商家説一會送來，結果等到第二天的下午才送來。
