開單房間，給雙房間，雙房間用了還需要收費。

房間寬敞明亮

很好，不錯

其實不算酒店，應該叫民宿或者短租更加適合一些，住了一週多，衞生都要靠自己，有一説一，周圍環境還行，大廈設施也可以。

公寓住着很舒服

Washing machine not as photo. Sofa not as photo. Neve provided towels only for first day. Water same issue. Every single morning 11am staff come and open the door!! To kick us out or ask payment extention. It's totally no privacy take care for your things!!. Even door is locked it's not helpful. 2 men came inside right away I was in bed. Agent was angry because I used trip.Com and she did not treat me well. However when I ask booking direct with them the price was higher, hence I booked trip.com and then she was angry all the time at me. Such poor behaviour, I only book this apartmnet every time I come hcmc. But the treatment was horrible.

房間是新的，但是服務就真的很差，首先入住辦理説明是晚上十點前入住前台都會有人，實際沒人，都要提前聯繫，折騰了一個多小時才辦好入住，第二，房間住到半夜出現了大量不明的黑色蟲子爬滿了枕頭附近，嚇的那個房間根本不敢住人，第二天酒店的人來了，反應了該情況，承諾會給解決方案，結果就是石沉大海什麼方案也沒，攜程的客服還是非常的熱情，全程都在溝通，但是酒店沒有任何反饋，就沖這種服務和解決後續，另外酒店裡麪到處明碼標價這個壞了多少錢，那個故障多少錢，反正如果被坑到了更是無語，絕對要避坑的酒店
