I found a tissue paper on my bed after I checked in, wondering if they change the bed sheet or not. Also water is dropping from the air conditioner and the floor all wet. Poor service

I’m staying at room 201! Room was exactly same with the pics here! AC working well,big bed and they gave us towel and complete toilet amenities!
Just the sink at shower room not working we’ll need maintenance! Overall all good location walking distance to Saigon deck and apartment cafe!

깨끗하기는하지만 공항조다는 시내쪽에 가까워서 외출하고 돌아올때는 항상 차가 막히는 구간을 통과해야하는 교통의 불편함이 있음. 4일을 머무는동안 처음애 제공해준 생수와 타올이 전부임. 다음날 새걸로 교체해주지않음. 타올은 1층에가서 요청하면 교체해주긴 하지만 생수는 더이상 제공이 안됨. 매일 룸크리닝도 없음. 짧은 기간 머물고 가기에는 나쁘지않음.

Location was the only thing which was good. When we reached we somehow managed to check in and get the room, there was communication or instructions anything about the room, no just cuz of English but there wasn’t any communication. When asked about room cleaning, they said they only do for guest who stay on long term, we stayed there for 5days, but after a bit of discussion they said they would do it after every 3days. But finally did it on the 4th day. I’m not sure if this is a hotel room or like an Airbnb situation cuz there was water bottles as a welcome drink on first day.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - no customer service at all. When I requested/ asked anything there wasn’t any answer. Also on 4th day my dad unfortunately did see the glass door and thought it was open and unfortunately banged his head and was bleeding but the staff there didn’t care neither did they offer to give ice (they did have as ice as the staff/ reception/ cafe is all in one)

Book 2 rooms (Family Room & Classic Western Room)
👍 Family room was spacious, relatively clean and new.
👎 Minor ants situation in both rooms
👎 Projector not working for family room
👎 502 aircon wasn’t really working well
👎 502 toilet area is not fully covered even with curtain provided
👎HORRIBLE HOST 👎
1. Booked for classic western style room (with tub and projector) but was given Chinese comfort room (room 502) upon arrival (without either as mentioned can you imagine my disappointment!!!)
2. Hotel was not helpful at all and insisted that it was the platform fault. Requested for a room change (also due to aircon situation) but was ignored and I had to double and even triple text to receive a nothing can be done cause fully booked reply.
3. Requested for a slightly late check-out (1215-1230) and after all these, they still wanted to charge us for that 15-30mins unless we leave a good review.
I’ve NEVER leave any negative review before but i was super disappointed with how the situation was being handled. Even if it’s truly the platform fault, they could have tried their best to assist but received 0 effort from them to make it better 🥲
