Silverland Ben Thanh Hotel

Hotel location is good. Hotel staff is also friendly and helpful. I requested for a connecting room with my gals but they didn’t have it so the hotel staff upgraded one of our room to a bigger room so we are all on the same floor.

We had a great stay at Silverland. Location was excellent, amenities were well-provided, staff were nice, and the hotel itself is beautiful and instagrammable. I will stay here again if given the chance.

Hotel was overall good but on closer scrutiny seemed to have been designed more for IG rather than user comfort. Room is super pretty but quite tight and there are not enough storage spaces or hooks for storing/ hanging clothes and other belongings.

Great location, right next to Ben Thanh market. Cross a street you can find the newly operated metro station. Hotel lobby & public area design is lovely but room design & facility is quite average.

Начиная с самого здания, внутреннего дизайна, номеров и интеллектуальных унитазов (это то что особенно понравилось детям 😃😂), до прекрасного сервиса, внимания, и качества блюд и напитков в ресторане. Я бронировал два номера (один детям и маме, другой мне с женой), и оба были великолепны! И даже если что-то вдруг в моменте пойдет не так как вы ожидали, не стесняйтесь об этом сказать! Вся команда моментально сделает всё чтобы исправить ситуацию и сделать ваш отдых не забываемым (прочувствовал на собственном опыте). Завтрак супер, но рекомендуем также поужинать! Качество и подача блюд на высоте! Обязательно попробуйте оригинальные коктейли, это просто восторг! Вишенкой на торте для меня был коктейль Pho (прикрепил фото)! Будто выпил настоящий суп, только вкуснее и веселее! 😉😃 Из коллектива, особенно хочется отметить вниманием менеджеров Ms. Truc Luong и Mr. Khoi Dang!  Настоящие профессионалы гостиничного дела! Starting from the building itself, the interior design, the rooms and the smart toilets (this is what the kids especially liked 😃😂), to the excellent service, attention, and quality of food and drinks in the restaurant. I booked two rooms (one for the kids and mom, the other for me and my wife), and both were great! And even if something suddenly doesn’t go as you expected, don’t be shy about saying so! The whole team will immediately do everything to fix the situation and make your stay unforgettable (I felt this first-hand). The breakfast is super, but we also recommend having dinner! The quality and presentation of the food is top notch! Be sure to try the original cocktails, they are simply amazing! The “cherry on the cake” for me was the Pho cocktail (I attached a photo)! It was like drinking a real soup, only tastier and more fun! 😉😃 From the team, I would especially like to highlight the managers Ms. Truc Luong and Mr. Khoi Dang! Very nice place, original architecture and design and a friendly staff. Ideally located as well. Worth for money!
