Majoituspaikan vastaus: He initially booked 1 night, then booked another room for the next night. Since the apartment he originally booked was only for 1 night and that room was only available for 1 night, he needed to change the room for the 2nd booking the next night. I informed him as soon as I received the 2nd booking that he needed to change the room tomorrow but he was not cooperative, I had to call Ctrip customer service to ask him to change the room. He made excuses that the new room smelled like Indian people, falsely accused us of having cockroaches to ask us to waive the fee but we did not agree. So he gave us a low rating.
