I unfortunately had a very stressful experience during check-in. Despite notifying the staff multiple times about my late arrival, I encountered significant difficulties. There was only one receptionist covering two brunches, and when I arrived, he was at the other location, leaving me without assistance at 3 a.m. After searching for help and feeling quite desperate, I was fortunate to find him just as I was considering looking for alternative accommodations. My calls went unanswered despite my earlier notifications about my late check-in, which added to my frustration.
On a positive note, the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. It truly has the potential to be a wonderful place to stay if they can improve their communication and staffing during late hours. I hope they address this issue for future guests.
