"The hotel location is 3-4 km away from the city, staff is very unprofessional, we has 04 rooms on the same day, we ordered food from 01 room and while ordering we told the person to split the bill equally in 04 rooms but when we reached reception to check this they denied for this and 4-5 nos. Hotel staff including gm and restaurant incharge started talking in very worst manner and also they are not so educated about customer handling. Very poor staff, i"ll give no rating to this hotel, my worst stay ever anywhere. In the mng i have given room key for check out at 9:58am but they completed my check out in 40 mins at 10:42. Never recommended this hotel to anyone."

A special thanks to Mr. Vivek Tuteja, Deputy Sales Manager, who took care of me like a brother. He patiently explained all the dishes at the morning buffet and even shared interesting details about nearby cities. Vivek’s friendly nature and superlative service made my stay truly memorable.
