I was very satisfied in this hotel. Comfortable suites, beautiful SPA (saunas, indoor and outdoor pool), delicious food, nice staff and close to ski slopes (within walking distance in ski boots). Garages. Play rooms for your children. Hotel is eco and nature friendly. Really good was also afternoon snack in winter with a great choice. I cant say anything bad about this hotel, just thank you for an amazing stay!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit mit der Familie. Tolles Apartment, wahnsinnig gutes, hoch qualitatives Bio Essen, mega freundliches Personal, alles super entspannt und schön. Es war ein großartiger Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Prettige sfeer, aardig personeel, goed gelegen tov faciliteiten en 5 min lopen van skilift. Gevarieerd eten bij zowel ontbijt als avondeten. Heerlijk zwembad en sauna / wellness aanrader Twee punten is de toegang naar je kamer / receptie is dat je afhankelijk ben van de lift. En als het druk is kun je nog wel even moeten wachten. Vooral vervelend als je aankomt en vertrekt en met al je spullen moet sjouwen of dat je gewoon lopend naar boven/onder wilt Daarnaast zou het ski-raum wel een flinke opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Maak hier ook 5 sterren van.

Wonderfull experience from start to finish. In beautiful setting that Hinterglemm is, hotel’s interior provides cozy and warm yet elegant atmosphere, combining traditional alpine charm with modern amenities. Rooms are very nice and spacious with all needed amenities (we specially liked spring water tap in the room). One of the highlights of our stay was the food and the wonderfull atmosphere in the restaurant - it did not feel like tipical hotel restaurant, more like dinning out. Breakfast and afternoon snack (was much more than just a snack really :) were also great, offering wide choice of meals. Attention to details is visible everywhere, from candle lights all over the reception, bar and restaurant area, aroma diffusors instead of artifical perfumes, Uno cards on each table, high quality food with also many healthy additions like for example stevia, vitamin C, zeolith, different natural supplements…) Electronic game table was a hit among kids. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We have to specially mention Selma who was highly proffesional and skilled, but also so warm and kind at the same time, as well as Croatian waiters and cook. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We will highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Hele goede service en een prettig verblijf gehad! In Oostenrijk begrijpen ze goed wat service inhoudt. Ondanks de drukte met het wk was hier niks van te merken en was iedereen juist super vriendelijk in het hotel. Zwembad is fantastisch en nooit druk.

Unser Aufenthalt im Alpinjuwel war einfach traumhaft – von Anfang bis Ende perfekt! Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen, um einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu genießen. Ein echtes Highlight war das Essen – so köstlich haben wir in einem Hotel noch nie gegessen! Man merkt, dass hier nicht nur großer Wert auf Qualität, sondern auch auf herzlichen Service gelegt wird. Jeder Moment wird einem so angenehm wie möglich gemacht. Auch das Skigebiet hat uns begeistert. Selbst als Anfänger findet man hier viele gut präparierte Pisten, die nicht nur leicht zu fahren sind, sondern auch richtig Spaß machen. Wir können das Alpinjuwel und die gesamte Region nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
