The hotel stay is good, whenever i come pune, i shall stay in here

內部裝修比較新的酒店，網速很快，工作很方便，早餐豐盛，卡布奇諾尤其不錯！服務態度也很好！就是靠近外面馬路，有點兒吵！

It was the best experience for a business meeting. It gives the ambience as well as the environment for the meeting. It has the best hall for meeting as well as discussion.The property is the best for Business meetings. The sevice as well as tha staff was very supportive.

Very good and prompt service from the entire staff, always with a smile. The rooms had a nice decor, were clean and spacious. Breakfast and Dinner spreads were well laid out and had a wide variety. We will definitely visit again given the opportunity.

Good hotel, good staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. They have a good spread during breakfast buffet including a live station. One caveat I had was they didn't seem to have any staff in the coffee/cocktail bar during the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights during our recent road trip to Pune. Overall, the experience was good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast options were decent, and the staff was friendly too. The only minor issue we faced was with parking our car; there was no self-parking slot available, so we had to depend on the valet service. However, we did not face any issues with the valet service; they were quite professional and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay.

We chose to stay at Hyatt Place for our recent 1 day Pune trip. It's a decent stay option in a city location. No view as such because it is located in the city near Infopark. Good food and very friendly staff. Only minus is no kids pool and the pool does not have temperature control.

The reception team, especially Ms. Riddhi Katkar, was extremely courteous and helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The breakfast was delightful, and Ms. Chumki stood out as a wonderful host with her warm hospitality. Additionally, the 4th-floor housekeeping team did an excellent job in maintaining the rooms and creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’m grateful for the efforts of your amazing team. Kudos to everyone for their exceptional service!

It was lovely staying here at Hyatt place Housekeeping services were top-notch Specially a guy named khushiyal H.K from housekeeping he did a really nice job in keeping our room nice n clean and making our stay comfortable Thank you so much for making it really comfortable for us.

Great place to stay.. Been there a couple of times and prefer this place over any other similar properties in the vicinity primarily due to the service levels and courteous staff. The entire crew stand together and ensure the customer has a great experience

Nice stay I stayed ever and the cleanest of Hotel is very nice. I like the gym and also swimming pool. The food is very nice. I enjoyed the food and also the morning breakfast. Staffs are very nice. Very cooperative and it’s too near to my office. We can easily access.

I am a Japanese and it was my first time in India and I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. It is a very clean hotel. The customer service is also very good. I had breakfast and dinner there and they were delicious. If I come to India again I would love to stay at Hyatt!
