I requested to extend my checkout time and the front desk said I could do so for an extra hour; however, the cleaning ladies kept coming by my room asking me was I checking out. I might as well checked out at the regular time because I didn't get any rest or time to get myself together without feeling rushed after it was already confirmed my checkout time was extended. The last lady that came by knew it was extended but still felt the need to bother me and remind me it was 11:30am.

The hotel is fine. WE WILL NEVER USE ******* EVER AGAIN! THE EXPERIENCE WITH ******* HAS NEVER BEEN WORSE!

Excellent staff they was sooo nice

That staff was very friendly andbeasy check in. The room wasn't great, the shower flooded the bathroom floor, no bathroom fan ( which was awful) beds were hard and need new mattresses. Most reviews say easy walk to beach and it wasn't , it was at least 15 minutes or longer so better to drive with all your beach stuff. One Elevator was broken all of day 2 so when your on the 5th floor it was a 5 minute wait. We threw our own trash away and asked for new towels but no one came and collected all the used towels. Breakfast was good and staff was always nice.

Cleanliness, Friendly and helpful staff. Shower didn't had vent fan, causing small flood every time shower is used.

Really nice hotel to stay at. Also 10 minutes away from the beach (walkable) and never had an issue finding parking around the hotel. Is not a dealbreaker but would love to see an upgrade with the entertainment (tv) , meaning maybe having the guest be able to login their Netflix, Max or etc. However a great stay for memorial weekend.

This was the best holiday inn we’ve ever stayed at! The location was awesome. The staff is amazing. Rodney Miller is the GM and he and his staff went above and beyond for my family. The hotel is recently renovated and even has a local alligator in a pond behind the hotel named rocky! We loved it . Golf cart took us down to the beach and to nearby restaurants. This is a 5 star hotel!!!!

The area is centrally located, close to the beach and other attractions. The room has smell, breakfast was not good at all, so dry.

Decent hotel but a little hard to get to. Filled with kids! Typical breakfast, not bad but nothing outstanding. Shower and shower room with the toilet was small. What is the obsession with nitelites? The light in the sink nook illuminated the entire room.

The hotel is great, but the parking spot after 10 pm, is impossible!! Don’t have enough parking spot!!

The lock on the door wouldn’t work and had to change rooms no pool view which I paid extra for, then the toilet was loose and wouldn’t flush. Then the air conditioner kept making noises when the compressor kicked on. Couldn’t sleep. Also a lot of dogs were there the food for breakfast was not that good. The staff was very nice and they were always cleaning. The pool area was nice but very small towels.

Only good things about this place was it was located within walking distance to the beach, shops, and decent food. The cleaning staff was nice, but rooms the other staff and rooms weren't. First my room didn't have a bathroom fan that worked so it was just hot 6x6 room. My other families room bathroom fan didn't work but it was much bigger. The actual staff at first was nice till both nights at 3-5am I had 113$ taken from meand then 125$ as I was checking out and the 100$ for 2 room deposit. Hopefully I will get it back but all they could say is its a glitch that happens and had happen to others, while we were there. Still my money is gone till it comes back within 10 days they said. Only good thing was the free breakfeast and gym rooms if anyone wanted to use then.
