Also, an indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center. Villamare 3524 is a recently renovated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath villa located on the top floor of Building 3 in the Villamare Oceanfront complex. Spectacular pool and ocean views will awe you as soon as you step into the villa and can be seen from every room. There are 2 balconies- one off of each bedroom and can also be accessed from the living room. They are perfect for morning coffee, dinner or to watch the beautiful sunrise or to see the dolphins swim past. The master bedroom contains one king bed and the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds. Both bedrooms have a small deck perfect for remote work. The villa has a gourmet kitchen and a spacious open living/dining room. Free internet, includes linens/towels. 2 free hours of Pickleball or Tennis are included daily, based on availability, at Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center. On site parking is available.
