Items included during your stay are 6 Beach/pool towels, beach chairs, sun umbrella and a beach wagon to haul items to the beach/ocean are available for the guests use during your stay. There is a dedicated convenient Parking Space near the front door of the villa and another guest space located nearby. The location of this unit makes for an easy walk and access to the walkways/bikeways of South Forest Beach and the Coligny Area. Bikeways and walking paths are located right out front of the villa. This is an upscale end unit at the front of the complex with only one direct neighbor. The villa is very private as it sits as the end of the building nearest to the beach. Public access as an easy walk to the beach. The ocean is directly across the street, just follow the path that leads to the beach. Be at the beach within minutes.
