Staff can't be more helpful and friendly, the lass who dealt with us was called Paula. The rooms are clean and smell fresh. The beds are comfortable, just the thing you need for a good night's sleep. The room was also very quiet considering we are off the M6 Definitely would recommend for a night's stay to break up a journey.

Paula on reception greeted me with a welcoming smile, what a little superstar, so nice to get a happy, helpful and pleasant welcome. Paula even gave me best routes to take for my journey the following day. I asked for a quieter room which she sorted out no problem. She is a credit to Travelodge

Great check in by Aimee. Beds clean. Bath. Not near Birmingham. Greggs nearby. Taxis are expensive. Weather awful. Motorway very convenient. Next time I am looking for that Butlins vibe I will be back. Clean bath topped off the great visit. Def rec.

Good value for money, the hotel is exactly what you need when travelling from north to south. It is conveniently located at the Hilton services and is exactly what you’d expect from a Travelodge hotel. I was welcomed by Aimee and Mel who were very helpful.

On our arrival we were greeted with a friendly face by the receptionist. She was very attentive and kind. The staff also were very kind, providing us plates and cutlery for our Indian takeaway we ordered to the hotel. The room itself was very clean, the TV was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There’s plenty of parking on site, which is free for guests and the services over the way provide food like Greggs, KFC and Burger King. Overall a nice stay and would recommend for family’s, couples or business. The staff definitely made our stay.

I've stayed here a few times now, and each time, I have been greeted at reception by Paula. She's the perfect person to have as a first point of contact. She's friendly, welcoming, polite, and always has the answers to my questions!! You know what you're getting with a Travellodge. Each room has been clean, well presented, and has just what I need.

The staff are very accommodating. I’ve stayed here a few times now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Gina the manager has always got a smile on her face! She’s always willing to help whenever she can. I genuinely feel looked after when I stay here. Honourable mention for Melanie, she’s helped me so much as well the times I’ve stayed here. I’d highly recommend this place. It’s well kept, clean and the staff are very easy going.

The room was very clean and pleasent. A quite hotel with minimal noise which is always a bonus. The receptionist Aimee was very helpful despite it being her first day she did a great job. Breakfast on the go was very good value. I would stay here again and highly recommend!
