Solid, clean hotel. Stayed for one night but thought it was a very good hotel. Check in was very easy for my family. My son left his Nintendo Switch accidentally when we checked out and the housekeeping staff kept it aside. Shout out to that crew for locating it so we could have it picked up.

We really like this property. Our visit this weekend was great. Our king suite was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in great condition. The breakfast was good and the breakfast ladies were nice. Outdoor area and parking lot are nice. I feel this is a safe area. This is our fourth visit. Will return.

I mistakenly made a same-day reservation for this property. I called the hotel to explain the error, cancelled the reservation within 5 minutes of making the reservation, and was told I would not be charged. I was charged anyway in the amount of $111.52 for the cancelled reservation. The manager, Latasha Lawson, was rude and condescending in her email response and has refused to reverse the charge. Hilton Honors guest services were unsuccessful in resolving the matter with the hotel, as the manager has refused to reverse the charge. We did stay in this hotel for the two nights following the night in dispute and we were unimpressed. The hotel decor is dated, the furnishings are well-worn, and the breakfast offered was terrible both mornings. I would not recommend staying at this property. There are several other properties that are comparably priced in the area. The hotels just up the road in Dublin, specifically the Marriott properties, are much newer and provide better amenities.

This was my first stay here and I was definitely impressed. Gemarcio was a top 10 front desk person of all the places I’ve been. He was wonderful to deal with. Between an early check in and making sure we had everything we needed, he was on point. The hotel itself is in a quiet spot with a good amount of places to eat within a 5 mile radius. Although there were a few minor issues, they won’t deter us from returning. We will definitely return

I needed a bed for a single night, and I wanted to be able to reheat some food I had on a stovetop, because it was late and too much trouble to grab fast food. This place fit that bill. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I have stayed at a Homewood Suites before, so I knew what to expect, but this was an excellent property. All the facilities that I did not even use looked great. The complimentary breakfast would only be better if bacon and grits were on offer; otherwise it was very good.

I guess the pool heater must have been broken though the two staff members I mentioned it to didn’t really seem to care. Fireplace in the room was filthy. Overall the location was good but won’t be back

The staff we encountered were helpful. But the room was a disappointment. It smelled horribly, dust in the vents, carpet and furniture old worn and dirty. Shower head wasn’t adjustable and water pressure was too low. Breakfast was unappealing. We will not be staying at this location again when in Columbus for doctor appointments at The James.

Wow!! We stayed here quite a few years ago, and I was not impressed. We went back this weekend, and everything was amazing!! First, I was greeted by Leonardo at the front desk. He was so kind and helpful. He offered me fresh popcorn while I waited. We got to our room, and it was spotlessly clean and appeared to have been renovated recently. We got several texts from the front desk during our stay to ask if all was well. We slept very well, the hotel was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was ready early, and was one of the best we've seen at the Homewoods. No complaints here! This will be our new go-to for the many times we visit Ohio!
