We rebranded in April 2024, but some guest rooms have not been renovated and remain as they were, and we sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. While it is difficult to respond urgently to renovations, we will share your valuable feedback with the entire hotel. The superior rooms were renovated in April 2024, and the baths and toilets are separate, making them very popular. We hope this will be helpful to you.
