Majoituspaikan vastaus: Greetings,I'm genuinely sorry you did not enjoyed your visit to Seven Oaks. Initially I was called away for a guest service that took me away from the house at the time of your arrival. I returned to find the you located in the parking lot and I welcomed the you to Seven Oaks. I mentioned removing my shoes citing I had been walking through the wet yard and I didn't want to track the house. Guest generally understand my intention and appreciate my practice. As for any look other than a welcoming gesture, I assure you there were no sideways looks at any time. Unfortunately your arrival coincided with a guest service. My apologies. Breakfast is prepared and available at 08:30. I being the cook that Sunday morning was occupied at 07:15 preparing the items for the breakfast. Your request to enter the kitchen coincided with multiple functions of food preparation at that time. I did indicate guests do not enter the kitchen as part of the Guilford County Health Code for the benefit of all guests. At such point the guest response was rapid as to not allow me time to offer to fill the water container. There was a ice water pitcher on the dining table that guests often use to fill a alternate water bottle. It was a unfortunate misunderstanding that I regret happened. If you read this response housekeeping found a cell phone charger in the room that may be yours. Please reach out to me so that I may return it through the mail. Sincerely,
