"The front desk was almost always empty; I had to call to get someone, and sometimes no one answered. The restaurant was closed, so breakfast was delivered to my room. It was just a simple meal in a small paper bag. Strangely, even though I locked my room door before going to bed, the staff were still able to come in and put the breakfast on the table. The furniture was damaged everywhere, but they just covered it up with white tape or paper."
