Just back from another great 3 night stay at The Marsham Arms. The new owner Steve and his team were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The food was perfectly cooked and of excellent quality. Will look forward to returning soon and would highly recommend the Marsham Arms to anyone looking for good food and excellent hospitality.

Terrible place, in serious need of refurb. Breakfast was a disgrace - we left and went elsewhere

Very comfortable stay ,good value. Only criticism this was the weekend the clocks went forward ,so in effect had to vacate room by 930 in real time ,to extend by an hour would have cost an additional £20.

Food for dinner and breakfast were great. A good mix of drinks at the bar. Warm and friendly staff. The room had everything I needed.

The staff were great. I was leaving early so they brought a packed breakfast to my room.

We have just stayed here for 5 days over 'Twixtmas' to enable us to stay locally for a close family funeral, together with friends over from the US and our Black Lab. From the get go (even calling up to make a booking or 3 that later needed some tweaking...thanks Ollie!) all was done to make us welcome, comfortable and cared for - right across the team; Nigel, Jean, Becky, Sadie, Ollie and others (sorry, could remember all!) We ate like kings! Breakfast was pre-ordered the night before (great plan!) and the bacon was delicious! If you cap it off with great value and a selection of brilliant locally made Ales & Gin, it was superb! Thanks Team Marsham!

Booked basic room - was clean throughout and easy to access the room with great parking and great service at check in and at the bar and breakfast. Other feedback would be that the mattress was so soft we kept rolling into each other , the green safe escape light is directly above the bed and kept the room brightly lit and shone into face so maybe change position . Ear plugs provided but not noticed as placed in bathroom, suggest using refill shower gels to save on individual bottles .

Comfy room newly decorated bathroom by the looks of things all very spacious. Excellent well cooked food from a good choice menu. We often say here.

A good location with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It is very clean , comfortable and the food is great. Would definitely recommend.

Liked the property and staff. I was in room 23 & one of the windows would not close properly and it was so noisy late at night and early in the morning with the traffic on the Holt Road!
