酒店是特拉維夫北部比較乾淨方便的酒店，戰爭時間去，比市中心來説感覺安全一些，恐怖分子的火箭彈不容易打到，附近也是高科技企業的聚集地

A great hotel with good location and wonderful breakfast ☺️

The rooms were great, we slept on the 2nd floor just in front the main road. We complained about the noise from the road and immediately they replaced our room to a quiet room. The breakfast was amazing and tasteful

The hotel is wonderful!!! The room was super clean. The service was excellent. I had one complain, and immediately they resolved the issue. You have so many great restaurants and bars next to the hotel I would definitely go back

A nice hotel that isn't worth your money Came here after our wedding, for one night only. The good: We got a very late check out, which was very considerate. And we had a fruit basket and cake waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. The bad: There was no heating and it was a cold December night. The reception said that this is due to the entire floor being either heated or chilled. A poor excuse, they should have a personal heater ready for the guests use. Another problem is the terrible view from the room. Just bland, grey walls. The building itself is nice, however, and well decorated. Still, not really worth the expenditure. As often is the case in Israel, the price is far to high for what you get.

Great business hotel, though need soundproofing Great hotel, nice clean room and fab business lounge. Only issue was sound-proofing of rooms - woken in the night by conversations and TV in adjacent rooms.

Poor service and maintenance The shower had only cold water (4 days!). The issue went unaddressed and with no updates until I managed to switch rooms on my last night. The reception desk was unusually rude about requests to change rooms. That included mentioning twice that it is my fault that I am unhappy with my room. The breakfast waitress forgets your coffee order so frequently that you might as well assume it is the norm (they are busy chatting). The cleaning crew plays music out loud while cleaning. The overall feeling is that the hotel is so hip that the most basic of the hospitality business is forgotten: the pluming should work, and hotel guests should be updated about maintenance issues. Save the cute factor and opt instead for Harods Herzeliya hotel nearby, which has a nicer pool, access to the beach, a wonderful breakfast, working plumbing and they are genuinely happy to have you as a guest.
