I enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very kind and very helpful and always available if we needed anything. The restaurant was very nice and the food was good. Diana at the restaurant was very nice too and we appreciated how friendly she was with us and our baby.

Location is very good next to M25 . Hotel looking little bit old but rooms is clean and nice . Food is delicious specially they need to think about menu because is a lot carry in menu no everyone liked. I order steck and burger which was delicious. Staff is very good

Everything was very good . Staff was very helpful. Location its very good . Room was very clean . Brekfast was very well . Excellent continental and english breakfast. Dinner is had big steck burger very well cooked. Staff its excellent and wonderful

The room was OK but unfortunately we were kept awake half the night by a couple having a very loud, drunken argument which involved LOTS of door banging, and screaming in the corridor. Literally screaming. For hours. "24 hour reception" nowhere to be found or reached by telephone. So good luck if you have an emergency. Breakfast is acceptable, but it is 'all you can eat' so you seem to get people who enthusiastically go there for that reason alone. Parking is limited and expensive.

Stayed 1 night only while travelling for a meeting. Room was clean, smelled fresh and the mattress very comfortable. I found this hotel very quiet, but it can be tricky to navigate around sometimes. Breakfast had nice selection of fresh fruit and pastries. Overall very good stay

The rooms are ok, the bed comfortable. Avoid the breakfast at all costs, V.POOR. The staff were as cold as the breakfast, no smiling welcome when you arrive, no good morning when you went for breakfast, even though you say good morning to them.

Self check in didn’t work, so had to wait for a member of staff to become available as they were working in the bar/restaurant. I would expect reception to be covered at all times to deal with any queries. We only had one set of towels in our room, and couldn’t find anyone to ask for another set. This has actually put me off staying in another premier inn!
