"All of the staff are amazing! Especially the photographers - they are so friendly, will always walk past and say hello with a smile on their face and their photography skills are amazing! Me and my partner got engaged on the beach and the hotel photographers took pictures of the whole experience and the photos turned out perfect! The hotel itself is massive - like a village - with everything you need in one spot. There are multiple pools to choose from, a jacuzzi, multiple shops (souvenirs, clothing, suncream, pool floats/ games etc), a large buffet which has different themes every night so it doesn’t get boring. There’s also multiple à la carte restaurants to choose from which have lovely food. There’s also many bars to choose from with a variety of drinks. Their spa and indoor pool area is also very nice although the spa is a little pricey. Again, the photographers were unreal! Very skilled and experienced and help to get natural photos. The photoshoots are also completely free! I cannot recommend them enough! Overall, an amazing, clean, luxury hotel with lovely staff and facilities."

"​ Tämä hotelli ylitti kaikki odotukset - se on todella poikkeuksellinen paikka jäädä. Huoneet ja koko ympäristö ovat fantastisia!! Aamiainen ja ruokailukokemus oli uskomaton, jossa oli fantastinen ateria, jota odotimme joka päivä. Erityinen maininta on mentävä hämmästyttävän à la carte ravintoloita ja keskusbuffet niiden erinomaista ruokailua. ​A valtava kiitos upealle henkilöstölle, että olet niin avuksi ja että meitä tunnetaan niin tervetulleina. Erityisesti onnitella hotellin johtajaa Yannis Zachariasia, joka varmistaa jokaisen vieraan tuntevan kotona. 🏡 ​ Olemme varmasti takaisin!"

"From the moment we entered the hotel it took us 15 minutes to even see a member of staff. When the manager came down to check us in he was EXTREMELY rude to the point I genuinely thought he could be putting on some sort of act or joke. I was there with 5 male friends and from the get go he began immediately insulting us and when we asked what his problem is he let us know he’s more than happy to immediately kick us out and keep our money. His attitude and behaviour was abysmal and by this point all we had done was walk into the hotel and wait ages to see someone. When anyone of us would attempt to speak to him he would tell us to “shut up or leave” and this was still whilst we were attempting to check in, this is when we called him out on his attitude and his threats were made. “You don’t like my attitude? Leave, f*ck off”. An absolute immature rude man-child, we are paying customers of your sh*tty hotel, at least give us a slither of respect. We noticed he would only ever do this to male customers and witnessed him acting the same way to other groups of lads. You could practically whisper in your room and he would come up and give you a noice complaint and threaten to kick you out. He needs to be shut down, fired and banned from working in any hospitality roles, it’s a shame because the actual hotel itself wasn’t bad but was completely spoiled by his constant rude immaturity"

"Tällainen upea hotelli parien Kreetassa. Henkilöstö kertoi meille, että se oli 95% työpaikka, mutta et koskaan tietäisi. Se ei tuntenut liian kiireinen. Auringon huoneistot ovat mukavasti tilaa erillään ja niin mukavaa toisin kuin muut hotellit. Tarjottu ravintoloita on todella mukava myös. Se on kaikki samalla alueella, mutta asetettu hieman eri vil à la carte-valikkoja. Olemme olleet viikon niin seikkaillut kaupunkiin ruokaa tai kaksi, joka rikkoi sen mukavasti. Hotelli oli poikkeuksellisen puhdas sekä henkilöstö jatkuvasti puhdistaa hotellin ympäri. aamiainen oli kaunis ja tuore myös. Paljon tarjouksia. Henkilöstö oli niin apua ja ystävällistä tehtiin se todella erityinen oleskelu."
