Bonjour vous devez me rembourser lors de mon séjour car j’ai trouvé des punaises de lit dans la chambre comme vous voyez en pièce jointe donc c étais pour moi un cauchemar j’ai jetter mes habits avant de rentrer chez moi pour mesure de sécurité avant de rentrer chez moi veuillez faire le nécessaire car je vais déposer une réclamation car on loue un hôtel de 3 étoiles alors qu ils mérites même pas et merci cordialement . Wouldn't stay in Caen again. Being from Canada, we have things that are standard in room. Like AC, and hand towels. This place had ok AC, but obly gave 2 bath towels. I asked the front deck for some and he gave me a look and said they don't normally give those out. But he'd get the cleaning lady to drop some off. Well I didnt ever get them on my 4 day stay. And I wasn't chasing him around for it. 2nd issue....someone tried breaking in through the window at 1:30am on our 1st night. Welcome to France eh.

We stayed here as part of a group tour. I would have never stayed here on my own with the family. First, it’s in a residential area, about 30 min by bus to Caen. There is a KFC near by and an Asian buffet. Which is closed on Sundays. The hotel (cross that, the motel) doesn’t serve anything for dinners so, unless you have a car, it’ll be challenging transportation wise. The rooms are ridiculously small, you put one suitcase carry one size by the bed and there is no more space to move around. Our room had blood on the bathroom wall. The bathroom floor was covered in hair. Can’t tell if the hairs were humans or pets’. We stayed end of May and it was very cold in the room at night. There was some sort of panel for ventilation but it didn’t work. Truth be told, I did not bother dealing with front desk regarding that. Because even asking them to clean the blood was a challenge. There is 1 towel PER person. If you need a second towel for your hair, you are screwed. The front desk staff will snob at you if you only speak English. Breakfast was a disaster. We stayed as part of a group tour. There was another group staying there during same time. The group was from Asia. That group’s leader blocked the entire buffet area and won’t let anyone else from the hotel approach the buffet until her entire group, 25-30 people ate (meaning, they wiped all the food from the buffet). That tour leader also blocked all the tables in the little breakfast area and won’t let anyone sit here unless it was her traveler. We had to eat in the foyer, 20 min after that group attacked the breakfast place. The staff did nothing. If the motel only caterers to groups, they need somehow organize/time seatings. I was looking for a cup for coffee on the buffet and I think I went though 4-5 cups till I got one that wasn’t dirty or chipped. Everything was cheap and fragile at this place. Please don’t stay here. Upon return we contacted the tour company and let them know it was a disgrace to place tourists in such a dump. Hopefully they’ll take into account for the next tours .
