A town centre dream
Lovely, spacious, clean and modern property. So close and easily walkable to the centre of Hermanus (shops, supermarket and restaurants). Great pool area. A must stay. We will be back

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Perla, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived , we were impressed by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The house itself is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. Location-wise, Perla is ideal. It offers the perfect balance of peace and privacy , while still being close to local attractions, shops and restaurants. All in all , Perla is an absolute gem !!

Kate is very kind and responsive.The place looks exactly the same as shown in pictures.clean and comfortable. We have all necessary amenities for our stays. The beds are comfortable too. Kate also accommodated our needs to check in late. We feel sorry as our delayed flight and baggage causing late check in. Kate came to greet us and make sure everything is ok on following days. If I have an opportunity to go back to Hermanus again. I will definitely choose Perla as top choice again.

We had a wonderful and lovely time at Perla. The apartment was perfect four our needs, quite and clean, we felt warmly welcomed by the host. Absolutely recommended!.

Eine sehr luxuriöse Unterkunft im Herzen von Hermanus. Es gibt mehrere Villen mit privatem Parkplatz und einem Gemeinschafts-Pool, alles umzäunt. Das Anwesen ist neuwertig, gepflegt und luxuriös. Die Wohnung ist gross, liebevoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Kate ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns bestens umsorgt hat, sehr sympathisch. Im afrikanischen Winter war die Wohnung in der ersten Nacht zwar sehr kalt, aber Kate hat alles daran gesetzt, das zu ändern. Dank einer Gasheizung war es ab dem zweiten Tag OK. Das Anwesen liegt direkt an einer Hauptstrasse - nachts gibt es etwas Verkehrslärm, aber uns hat das nicht sehr gestört. Das Zentrum von Hermanus und der Klippenpfad sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr empfehlenswert.

Our stay at Perla was perfect. Kate was a great hostess and very communicative. The property is located a short walk from the main part of town and has gated parking. We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Kate was so thoughtful and had flowers on the table when we arrived to celebrate my mom's birthday. We needed to do some laundry and she was great and had her housekeeper meet us first thing in the morning so we could use the dryer prior to leaving. Everything was clean, new and welcoming. Thanks Kate!!

Fantastic place to stay. Location is so good walking distance to town and restaurants. We travelled from Ireland the booking system was easy. Kate met us at the house she was lovely and accommodating with any questions we had. The houses are spacious and provide everything you need. We has a lovely short break here and would highly recommend Perla.

We had a fabulous stay in Hermanus, at Perla. Which for restaurants, coffee shops, shops, the coastal path and golf course is ideal. A short walk (150 metres), takes you into the town, which has everything. Perla is fabulous, the units are a very good size and the host Kate is great and will look after you. Will definitely be back.
