"Majoitus Premier Innissa 2 yötä vierailla perhettä. Sijainti oli hyvä, hyvin lähellä ostoskeskusta, lyhyen kävelymatkan kaupungin keskustaan ja noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan junaasema. Mukava huone, jossa on suuri suihku. Meillä oli iso aamiainen ja kaksi kurssia illallinen, joka oli hyvä arvo."

"On arrival we were allocated one of the newly refurbished rooms at the far end of the hotel. Everything was brand new, and the lovely smell of new carpet greeted us. The remote for the TV didn’t work, there was no way of contacting reception from the room, no phone number. We trekked back to reception to be given new batteries. TV remote still didn’t work, back to reception we went to be given three more remotes to try which none of them worked. In the end we gave up. Also the LED light on the smoke alarm above bed flashed so bright we found it hard to sleep. We can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat in the hotel but the dining room did look very small. Overall satisfactory for a one night stay."

Huoneita mitä odotat matkailuasunnalta (mutta lisäpisteitä henkilöstön yrittää parhaansa tehdä huoneita asuttavana erittäin kuuman sään aikana) Henkilöstö erinomainen. Kuulin yhden asiakkaan syyttävän Suzia kuumasta säästä! Suzi ja tiimi tekivät kaikkensa lieventää lämpövaikutusta huoneissa. Jään takaisin, jos alueella"

"What a wonderful looking place on their website !!! That's where it ends ,in reality it is NOTHING like the website ,it was the FILTHIEST place you could imagine and then some . When i finally found the owner (no other staff ever seen) she ASSURED me she would have the room thoroughly cleaned in my absence the following day ,It was on this upstanding that i agreed to stay. The first night ,I borrowed clean bedding from the relative i was visiting. Upon our return the next night after a function we found the room in the same state .Do not be fooled by the sweet little old lady she is nothing but a deceitful con artist how takes £150 and gives you a urine stained mattress, the same sheets from the previous occupant, a carpet you dare not take your shoes off to step on ,slugs crawling up the bathroom walls ,dried urine and filth on the bathroom floor ,lights that don't work, hair dryer that sparks, black mould over the bathroom ceiling and over all ghe grouting , curtains hanging with cobwebs and big black spiders ,every light fitting hanging with dust ,a four poster bed with thick black dust dropping on to the pillow. Kettle with black mould in the lid , window frames with white mould fungus growing on them , and a breakfast consisting of a dead croissant and a black banana ,uht yog and juice . This place should be shut down by environmental health , she is a disgrace to the beautiful city of Hereford."

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the historic charm and elegant character of the building. The room we stayed in was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast, prepared with locally sourced ingredients—an ideal start to the day. The grounds were equally impressive, with beautiful gardens and breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. What truly set Burton Court apart, however, was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the hosts. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and were happy to share recommendations for exploring Herefordshire’s many attractions. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay I highly recommend Burton Court B&B."

Food was excellent ( The Chef even stayed on for us in the evening as we was very late) Breakfast was also very tasty with a freindly smile and the room was very clean and comfy :-) 10/10"
