The room was large but the TV did not work. The free breakfast was empty of hot food by 830 am. Not many choices in Hereford. The people were nice at the hotel. The pool looked good but l did not use it. It is a convenient place to stay. I don't think it is worth the extra money that you pay.

I stayed here for a quick business trip. I didnt spend much time in the are but the hotel is clean and the staff was friendly.

We really enjoyed our first night stay, but on the second night a herd of horses stayed in the room above us, woke us up in the night and early in the morning. Was not fun. the breakfasts were great and the staff very friendly.

From the Best to Not
Aside from issues with the heater, it was ok. Beds were not comfortable. Housekeeping started knocking on the door at 10am even though checkout wasnt until noon. Management did switch us rooms due to the heater not working in the first one. Ive stayed here twice before & it appears that it is not being cared for, like it was before. Disappointing because its always been the best hotel in town.
