Llanerch Vineyard Hotel

We turned up, just happened to find it close to where we were and fancied it. They fitted us in for lunch. Staff in reception made us feel so welcoming, friendly but also professional. Beautiful setting. Food was amazing. Waiter was friendly and shared information about the wines to help us choose. We hopefully will be back for Christmas afternoon tea. What a lovely experience. Didn't feel like anything was to much to ask.

We stayed at Llanerch Vineyard Hotel for my partner’s birthday and had the best time. Our superior countryside room was spacious, peaceful, and had the most beautiful view over the fields. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sinking into a cloud. Staff were all warm and helpful, offering service with a smile. A mini bottle of prosecco and macarons in the room were such a thoughtful surprise and really made it feel special. We also did the wine tasting experience and had dinner in the Roots restaurant, both were absolutely perfect. The only downside was how quickly it all went, we just didn’t want to leave!

Hotel OK but a number of faults. 1. your money is taken from your credit card at time of booking even if you have a flexible booking. 2. Calling reception you are answered by an IA receptionist that cannot deal with anything out of the ordinary. 3. Rooms can be overly hot only fans on offer and limited in number. 4. if you want anything other than a cooked breakfast the choice is very limited for the cost of breakfast it is not value for money. 5. if there is a wedding on the noise is bad. 6. Staff are very nice other than some of the reception staff who were glum and very inflexible. 7. It is not value for money 8. Lot of road noise in high end rooms with patios

The setting is stunning and the venue is perfect. All staff members were wonderful and seemed to be very happy with their work. This in turn, made the atmosphere welcoming, thoughtful and calm. We could not have asked for a better stay. The wine tasting was educational and mixed with some of Ryan's humour. Ryan casually added he was the owner. It is clear that Ryan sets the relaxed atmosphere and that he is very proud of the Vineyard and the continued development of the visitor experience. The restaurant was beautifully appointed and the service was amazing. The food was as we had hoped and matched the high standards of the venue. Our room had a stunning view (I think all rooms would due to the careful design). The room was spotless and had everything we needed and more. A peaceful sleep and a comfortable bed. The hotel maintained very good communication before our stay and checked in with us on leaving to ensure that all was good. Wales has a wonderful venue at Llanerch with Ryan and his family/team making the very most of the Welsh countryside and climate whilst ensuring a Welsh welcome to everyone. Would recommend Llanerch to everyone and look forward to another visit.

Lovely friendly staff and food was stunning! Really good portions and reasonably priced as well. And the vineyards wines are lovely too

What a fantastic experience. Jack entertained us while on the wine tour and made us all laugh. The surroundings are excellent and we enjoyed an afternoon sitting in the sun on lovely easy settees. Dinner was exceptional - cooked to perfection. The room was wonderful - a superb comfy bed, immaculately clean with all you needed. The bottle of wine given us was a wonderful extra which we thoroughly enjoyed. Excellent value. Superb 24 hours. Well done Llanerch Vineyard.
