真的坑，把房間安排在YK區，每天走很遠距離，房間下面就是酒吧直接半夜睡覺被吵醒，訂的時候也沒説yk區，要換離這個區還要加10歐，前台坑的一筆，還有電梯拿個旅行箱不知道怎麼下腳，下次再也不會訂了！

We booked 3 room for one night when we transit from Helsinki to rova, the location is good - surrounded by many shopping mall. Stockmann is just opposite the hotel and train station is behind. The room is just normal hotel room so don’t set too high expectation on the room. Walking distance to most of the tourist spot.

房間每天收拾的很好，服務好。酒店地點非常方便，城市主要景點很多都在步行距離，十分方便

網絡不穩定，一直掉線

酒店位置很好，餐廳很大，導致同行的小夥伴都沒有找到正確免費拿取食物的地方。對面就是商場，LV就在裏面，旁邊很近還有LV的專賣店。

We really love the hotel. It is a new building but well located just few steps outside the old town. The room is very clean and the service is warm.

位置很好 就在最最市中心的地方 火車站步行可達。之前在赫爾辛基 住的前面的nh 比較而言 可能因為我們到達是週五晚上 樓下的bar超級超級吵 房間是聽不到的 但是 辦理checkin的時候 真的 很不適合孩子來。這樣比起來 nh要好很多了 是個正常的前台大堂。nh裝修整體很新 但窗户不能開。這家可以開窗户。但是 好神奇 水都要付費，不然你就在走廊接水喝 第一次碰到這樣的酒店。怎麼説呢 總體還行吧。早餐很豐富。

Nicely furnished hotel, I stayed in a very nice, clean room. Breakfast was amazing, and the location was very convenient. 

位置特別好，在stockman對面

位置好，近購物區，厠所比較小，有桑拿及 gym，其他OK。

地理位置非常好，離火車站就幾分鐘的路程，門口就是商場，酒店前台很熱情也很好溝通，房間很乾凈，早餐也十分豐盛
