Hotellit lähellä kohdetta Helsingin päärautatieasema, Helsinki

Kaikki on puhdasta ja siistiä, keittiö on valtava ja kahvia ja teetä riittää kaikille. Lempipaikka on kuntosali, siellä on jopa teline ja raskas nosto mahdollista ;)) Sijainti on varsin kätevä, hyvin lähellä liikennettä ja aivan hotellin vieressä on Sushi-ravintola, joka on suljettuna klo 22 asti, suosittelen yksin matkustaville tai pariskunnille ;) .. todella mukava paikka.

Rakennus on melko uusi ja puhdas. Se on kuitenkin suhteellisen pieni, kun otetaan huomioon, että Helsinki ei ole tungosta kaupunki. Se sijaitsee kätevästi pienellä supermarketilla kulman takana. Muuten joutuu kävelemään takaisin Helsingin asemalle, jossa on muutama isompi supermarket. Lämmitys ei ole kovin voimakasta vierailullamme (lokakuun lopulla). En voi kuvitella, kuinka lämmitys riittäisi talvella. Olimme melko tyytyväisiä oleskeluamme, mutta yksi pieni asia, jota voidaan parantaa - yksinkertainen ohje roskamme erottamiseen. Olemme iloisia voidessamme noudattaa suomalaista kierrätystapaa, mutta samalla olimme hieman hämmentyneet, mikä roskakori on millekin tavaralle.

Valo on uudehko hotelli, jossa on kauniisti sisustetut huoneet ja nimensä mukaisesti ihanan valoisa ala-aula. Huone oli pieni, mutta toimiva. Vuode ja laadukkaat vuodevaattet takasivat hyvät unet. Aamiainen oli maukas. Vaikka aamiaisella oli paljon ihmisiä, toiminta ravintolassa sujui hyvin. Ruokailijat levittäytyivät ravintolatilan lisäksi ala-aulaan. Itsepalvelu check-in takkuili, mutta saimme henkilökunnalta apua. Mieluummin tekisin sisäänkirjautumisen kuitenkin vastaanottovirkailijalle..

Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

The location is 230M walk outside the airport. As the snow on the pavement can be deep. It will make this short walk a bit difficult. The check-in, luggage storage, and check out services were all efficiently arranged. The room is reasonably specious. Amenities are basic. There are a 2 in 1 shampoo+body wash, and a conditioner. There was a hair dryer but no kettle.food choices in the buffet breakfast were reasonably rich. As an airport hotel, it has a checkin kiosk in the lobby.

The room we were assigned does not have a window. So, no natural light nor air. It has a huge column in the middle (1 meter of diameter), reducing the free movement in it. Very uncomfortable. In addition, there was no television, but a beamer with a big screen (no instructions to use available). All in all, the bedroom was clean but far from the standards one expects in this type of 4-star hotels. We arrived very late at night for the check-in at the reception and we were not asked or informed about these room conditions. We did not request the change of room as it was so late and we were tired after a very long trip.

Henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliasta ja luotettavaa. Itse asiassa tämä on toinen kertani Scandicissa. Ensimmäinen oli Helsingissä. Ruoka oli mahtavaa ja tunnelma mahtava. Palaamme ehdottomasti tulevaisuudessa. Suuret kiitokset koko henkilökunnalle. Hyvin tehty työ.

Me and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful. The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken. Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime. There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat. It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket. All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay at Scandic Paasi – Clean, Stylish, and Comfortable Our group of friends from Vietnam had a very pleasant stay at Scandic Paasi during our recent trip to Helsinki. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price. The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge. We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.

I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!
