房間整潔乾淨，面積夠大，帶陽台，帶小廚房。服務人員非常友好，讓我們提前入住，還指引我們去免費停車的地方。離景點略遠，自駕最適宜啦！

房間非常乾淨，位置也蠻好的，從火車站出來幾百米，走10分鐘就可以了，筆直2條路很好找，價格對比老城那邊也低一些，但是每天走去老橋那邊晃一圈，走回來晚上休息很不錯，非常推薦。 酒店接待人員非常友好，提供了很多幫助，本次德國之行裏覺得最滿意的預訂！

看上去離火車站不遠，但其實距離有點尷尬，尤其是拖個行李箱的情況下。房間還是挺大的

入住前也沒有事先通知要有密碼開啟信箱才能拿到房卡 前台也沒有人 要打幾次電話才找到人解決 花了一段時間才進到酒店 沒有服務可言 房間設施鋪塵 讓人感覺不整潔 唯一優點是空間很大

服務到位，每次到必住之！交通便利，房間配套設施安排合理，便用方便！衞生清潔很合心意，能為客人設想周到。

Better than home from home. Obviously a personal opinion and reflective of what home is like. Comfortable studio with kingsize bed and twin sinks in the bathroom. Easy 10 minute walk from the main station despite ongoing construction works in the area. Easy connections to the old town and tourist areas.

Great place to stay, close to the station. We stayed here for a week whilst visiting the area. We arrived after reception had closed, however we had been emailed a code to access a box with our keys. The property was spacious and nicely furnished. We had a bedroom and separate lounge/kitchen diner. The dishwasher was out of use and there was a bit of a mix of glasses, maybe some had been broken and not replaced. The kitchen was useful, a toaster would have been useful but not a huge issue. We didn't try the breakfast option. The windows had electric shutters which was very useful in keeping the property cool. Our apartment had air conditioning, we requested this when booking as some apartments don't have air con. The staff we dealt with were very friendly. There was a small self serve bar available at reception at reasonable prices. Around 5 minutes walk from the main station and a few stops on the tram to the main shopping area. Would stay again if in the area.

Very nice stay in Heidelberg. Very nice and big appartment with 2 balconies in quiet area. We brought bicycles so it was very easy to go to old city area. The host offered parking for the bicycles free of charge in locked garage. We enjoyed the high standard of the appartment and the high service from the host. He gave top service and we had a very pleasant stay.

Gut für Geschäftsreisende Komfortables Zimmere mit Kitchenette. Hier könnte man als Geschäftsreisende:r gut eine Woche aushalten und sich etwas zu essen machen. Kaffeepulver und Tee waren da, auch etwas Geschirr, aber da müsste man ggf. nachordern, wir hatten den Eindruck dass Gäste hier kräftig geräubert haben. Wenn man am kleinen Schreibtisch arbeiten will, dann bräuchte man einen besseren Stuhl, der vorhandene ist zu niedrig.
