"Stayed 1 night before heading Huangshan the following afternoon. Location is 40min away from airport. Surrounded by lots of food and shopping coz right at the pedestrian street. Gotta figure out the correction direction of the hotel building after drop off. 20min away from the railway station."

"Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future."

"Super spacious room. Very clean. Within walking distance from high speed rail station. About 1.5km. Bathtub for a romantic tyrst. A cute AI assistant to open/close curtains, lights and air conditioning. Can even call front desk via AI assistant. Only one small drawback. Breakfast a bit too Chinese style."

"非常喜歡的酒店！環境乾淨整潔，歐式裝修時尚現代，進門就有禮賓，大堂吧也很引人亮目，在前台的小姐姐們都有非常工整的着裝，漂亮且熱情，naomi服務也細心周到，還主動推薦了房間位置。酒店整體寬敞明亮，床品舒適，床頭還配備小藍牙音響，聽歌娛樂體驗都很好。衞生間很大且乾濕分離，熱水充足。位置便利，外賣有小機器人配送非常給力，社懼症like♡。 而且而且，非常榮幸的是居然能夠逮到一位野生的狐尼克老師，這真的是太棒的旅程了！非常開心！期待下次再來！附：我狐尼克大人的美圖～"

"This is one of the best hotel in Hefei. We loved everything about this hotel. Anywhere jn western country this hotel would be considered ultra luxury hotel. We were greeted by very friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us. The decor in this hotel is very beautiful. Breakfast had tonnes of choices and pretty everything. They have beautiful lobby where you can wait sit around and order drinks. A big shout out to Cucu for helping us out and preparing us some amazing drinks."

"Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym."

"We got an upgrade after we came back from the break of our trip, which the hotel told us there is no promise. This stay was much comfortable than the previous stay as the bed was much better. However, the spot lights are out of position which we do not expect from a branded hotel like that. The toilet door was also quite difficult to close. Generally the stay was good!"

"Services were pretty bad. My friend was reprimanded for calling the reception too many times her line was always cut off yet the other party accused her of calling for no urgent issues. Batteries of tv remote control were flat and we were just given two new batteries and have to do the replacement on our own. Facilities in the hotel and the room itself were aged. The only saving grace is the location I guess."

"Stayed here for a wedding in Hefei. Modern facilities, good amenities - took advantage of breakfast. They allowed a very early check in (like at 8am). Room was spacious, water pressure was strong. Biggest issue was a pronounced tobacco / smoke smell in our non-smoking room our first night. We didn't turn on the heat / air the next night and the smell was much improved. Little to no English ability among front desk, just FYI."
