"The room was cramped, and the supposedly smart facilities had various bugs. The most unbearable thing was being woken up in the middle of the night by the constant rattling of the electric curtains, making it impossible to fall back asleep. I ended up having to pack my bags and change rooms around 3 AM, only to find the new room's air conditioning wasn't working properly. I didn't sleep a wink all night. The next day, the front desk said they wouldn't charge me for the extended stay since I was supposed to check out at 12 PM, as if they were giving me a huge discount. But seriously, I didn't get any sleep, so why should they charge me for the extended stay? Besides, I've booked hotels on Ctrip for years, and none of them have ever said I have to check out at 12 PM sharp. It's ridiculous! In short, this is the first time I've had such an experience in all my hotel stays. I noticed this hotel chain has quite a few locations in Hefei; this is what they call a big company taking advantage of its customers."

"A wonderful hotel! My wife had to arrive very early, long before check in, at 4AM. The hotel graciously let her check in early. Upon my arrival, at 4:30PM, Yvonne finished checking me in. Her English was perfect and she upgraded our room for our 7 day stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. Our housekeeping, Miss Fang, was wonderful. She was friendly and treated us like family. My wife loved her. The buffet breakfast was always delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. As a foreigner it can be uncomfortable and awkward staying at hotels. However, the people who work at this hotel did their best to make me feel welcome and comfortable."

"Hands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch! 1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again."

"Planned a relaxing few days in Hefei for the May Day holiday and chose this Langham among the three major brands. My daughter and I particularly liked Langham's pink-themed ambiance. The hotel is centrally located, making it a convenient few hundred-meter walk to both MixC Mall and the Anhui Museum complex. Breakfast was quite rich, and the Tang Court dim sum, as well as the executive lounge perks, were all excellent. The service was great across the board, especially the front office management's service awareness and attitude. "Overall, my stay at this hotel was great. It's super convenient being so close to Hefei South Railway Station. Plus, there's a large underground parking lot that's free to use. The room was spacious – I booked a king-sized bed and they upgraded me to a room with a bathtub. They even provided a complimentary bottle of red wine, a steam eye mask, and a bathtub liner. The smart home features throughout the room were a nice touch, and I appreciated the high-quality hairdryer provided. It was also cool to see them offer Luan Guapian tea, which is a local specialty. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, covering everything from drinks to fried foods and stir-fries. The service was quite attentive too; they even offer laundry service, which was a lifesaver – I had an attendant iron my shirt for me. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to Hefei."
