Front desk staff was helpful in explaining the parking arrangements (at Paddy’s Market but discounted daily rate for hotel guests). The room was more spacious than we expected. And shopping was great - just across the road.

Whenever I’m in Sydney, the Ultimo is the place to stay just because it is easy accessible to so many areas and the room is cozy! This is my fifth time staying at Ultimo. And wont be my last. ❤️

The Ultimo is undergoing reservations so there was some disruption, but nothing to serious. The room allocated was smaller than expected.

Really pleased with our stay at the Ultimo Hotel. It is very central and well connected to public transport, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. The rooms are cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including TVs with a Chromecast option.
The staff truly sets this hotel apart. Luca and Francesco at reception were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They took the time to inform us about the hotel’s various services and gave us fantastic recommendations about the city. Their attentiveness and enthusiasm made us feel very welcome and truly valued as guests!
For the price, this hotel offers fantastic value, combining quality and excellent service.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. We found the cockroach in the room 2 times and the front didnt even offer any help, only told that it’s not common here so i search for review in google, some other room also dirty. The mattress is not comfortable at all. Compare to the price i pay, this is one of the worst hotel i have ever stay and the service is really bad as well(except the guys who help us pick the luggage since the elevator isnt working.
