Great location but poor service and staff have an attitude Went for drinks on a sunny day Bad atmosphere unhappy staff Avoid they serve regulars before you and expect you to apologize for bringing it up It's ashame nice place , looks good but avoid

Despite booking a table weeks ago, and having confirmed it the day before, we arrived to find that they had turned the dining area that we had booked into a private party room. They offered us an unsuitable alternative table to eat at so we left without dining there. If I could give them less than a one star rating I would do so.

Just had a Family meal for Fathers Day, excellent food and very attentive staff, young JJ and the dark haird lad, sorry forgot your name! Love the atmosphere in here now, so warm and welcoming. Tamsin Escot was singing, what a treat to hear her at last, amazing voice. All in all a very lovely visit, definitely recommend 👌

Popped in for lunch, which was as usual very good to eat, we both had steak, mushroom and onion sandwich with skin on chips. This is a great place to eat , loads of room , plenty to occupy the children if you’re a family . This pub is taking off and it’s the best on Hayling island

We had a lovely Sunday Roast at The West Town Inn. Plenty of food, all piping hot and extra tasty. They provided extra gravy when asked. Could not fault the device from the friendly staff. Great food at a great price, highly recommend

Sunday lunch for four of us was excellent value and well cooked food. Very welcoming and attentive staff will be making this one of our regular venues.real home cooked pies and an generous amount of food. family friendly with very large and garden and children's play area. We used this hotel for dining only but they do host local events.

Got to say the beef was so tender! Yum. The staff are very friendly and attentive, keep up the good work West Town Inn, love all the changes you've made, bringing it up to date with the greys, blues and pink's, it's getting a fresh shabby chic feel, not so dark and gloomy, maybe shabby chic the dark furniture too, and shame about the old fasioned burgundy carpet and lino flooring, So nice to see a pub with such a bad rep for years is finally being turned around over the last couple of years, well done 👏

Only my second visit here, but such wonderful food again, and a lovely relaxed friendly and clean environment. Enjoyed a great couple hours here relaxing with family. Will definitely be back very soon

I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely this pub is. It has had some previous bad reviews due to the previous landlords/landladies but at the present moment it’s a lovely place to have Sunday lunch which is what five of us did today. Food was good , staff were polite and helpful. Large garden, nice decor and will definitely use again.
