stayed here on business and the hotel is brilliant. great layout and easy to find rooms. iv been to come hotel where its like a maze. stayed in room 104, lovely clean room and the bed was amazing. was checked in by tilly and then checked out by haydn. these 2 team members were brilliant. asset to the company. coming back next month and tilly has already allocated the same room

Working in the area and was booked into the Hayle hotel. The staff were very friendly and polite at all times. The room was a bit dated however it was clean and suitable for my needs. WiFi could have been better. Overall a good stay. Happy to return.

Another Premier Inn providing good quality & service, in a good location. Overall very good, with one or two minor items, that with little maintenance, would make it even better. Almost always of good quality. You know what you are getting.

Excellent Stay. Staff really helpful. Hayden on Reception when out off his way to help when had an issue. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast available in restaurant next door. McDonald's, Costa and Mark's and Spener next door which is useful.

Nice comfy bed, lovely breakfast… but seeing as I finished work at 8pm and checked in and dumped my bag at about 8.30pm, to my dismay the bar was calling last orders at 9.30! I wish to unwind after a 12 hour shift and to me that’s not up to much.. could do better in that department..

Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable. A special mention to Tilly who works on reception. She gave us great advice on the local area and places to eat, which were as enjoyable as she said they would be. We will be returning to stay again this year.

This was a last minute decision after a very difficult journey and the desire to not get caught in yet more traffic. Immediately I was helped to relax by the friendly staff who greeted me and made me feel welcome. Once checked in I found that the room was quite clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable. I needed a few things seeking help from reception staff and I think the young womans name was Tilly, was so helpful and really made my day so thanks to her. The hotel is located near food outlets and some shops including an M& S. Plenty of parking on site as well, I’ve not stayed here before but thanks to the most friendly staff I might make it a regular stop when working this way again.

Great premier inn great service great staff Tilly and Haydn on desk are amazing. Such a laugh really made our stay enjoyable thank you both new girl Jamie also brilliant will return to this hotel when we visit Cornwall again. Room spotlessly clean which is also the added bonus

Great premier inn very clean great service hayden and reece good on desk re booked for summer thanks for the hospitality breakfast ok.... did not eat dinner went elsewhere and ate locally taxis were cheap trevaskis farm up the road worth a visit
