Wander the winding streets and quirky galleries of St Ives. Great stay, very clean. Been here a couple of times great location and right near the beach. Shame about no sea views. St Ives 20 min drive. Penzance and st Michael’s mount down the road. Left property at the premier inn. Tilly arranged to get this sent back. Received with pleasure. Haydan checked us in we opted for early check in arranged room to be ready by 12 midday. Was delighted with this Quite location. Clean hotel. Lovely service.

Stayed here with my friends just after christmas. I/we thought the price was high...but it was worth it. Checked in Jan 3rd until 8th. Wicked stay. Was nice to see some old faces on reception but also nice to see new... been staying here now over 13 years. Sarah Aidan were the 2 i can remember but also a lovely young girl, blonde hair? We had rooms 114,116 and both were very very clean. New beds since we last stayed and they payed off.... Rooms are a little outdated to other premier inns but still, very very clean.

Stayed here for a family gathering. Opted for the early check in and was checked in by Hayden and Reece. Great service. Stayed in room 104. Bed was very comfy…pillows was amazing. The room was spotless. No dust any where. Bathroom was clean. Couldn’t fault anything. Even forgot my phone charger and Lauren sorted this out for me and let me barrow one.

Myself and my family came to stay this weekend and I would just Love to say a massive thankyou to the reception staff, nothing was to much trouble. Elizabeth and Jessica was absolutely fantastic, giving their first shift at hayle they did amazing accommodating us. People like you are the reason businesses like this succeed. Thankyou

I came in today and what can I say. The 2 loveliest ladies called Elizabeth and Jess had taken care of me. All I can say is that they are such a credit to the company and such bubbly and kind people!! I really struggle feeling 100% comfortable as I suffer with anxiety however these ladies made me feel so comfortable! Thank you

Beautiful location and hotel! But what toppped off our wet and windy check in was lizzie and Jess, they were wonderful, a breath of fresh air, like two little twins in a pod! They are a credit to premier, I know they are based as Camborne Premier inn, but they smashed check ins at hayle!

Had the lovely pleasure of being checked in by Lizzie and Jess this afternoon, such sweet girls! They informed us they was covering from Camborne site, but nothing was to much for them, super friendly service, good as excepted, clean and had everything required. They was a credit for Hayle to have for the night!!

I’d just love to say a huge heart felt thankyou to Elizabeth & Jessica on the desk, so welcoming and kind! Nothing was to much for them and it was their first shift at hayle today! Staff like you that go above and beyond are the reason these businesses do so well. Thankyou again :)

Lovely service from the girls Elizabeth and Jess in reception, nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely friendly. They are there covering Hayle premier inn you wouldn't think they are not based there. Rooms are clean and tidy..
