This premier is almost but not quite saved by its staff who were all absolutely lovely and its location, handy for London and Heathrow. Everything else, from the general cleanliness and the food - but especially the food - was appalling. We had a family room, the third bed being all but unusable. I have never seen so few sockets in a Premier and the bathroom was insanely small. You had to close the door to access the bath, which, as all parents know, is not a viable option with more than one child. The water in the shower/bath was fixed so you couldn't add any cold, again, not ideal when kids are involved. The whole place is tatty and tired and were it not for the location, it would have had even fewer stars ... oh, hang on, you can't give zero.

This was our first time in this hotel. The building is quite old, but the room was nice and clean. Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Bus SL9 takes you to heathrow bus station and then you can take the picadily line to central London. It cost £15.10 for the day. The hotel is in the Ulez zone, so please check if you need to pay. It is £12.50 per day. There is a little restaurant next door. We had a take away the first night. The waiter was friendly and gave us the order on a tray with plates, sauces and cutlery. The following night we had dinner in the restaurant. The food was delicious and nicely presented. Service was very quick too. Big thanks to Jagdeep and Lakhfa.

All the staff we met over our 4 day stay were awesome. This Premier Inn is in need of some TLC however don't be put off. The bus to Heathrow (SL9) and buses to Hayes and Harlington station for the Elizabeth Line (140 or E6) stop right outside at Hayes/The Grapes stop. Quick easy access to Heathrow. Opposite the hotel is a shopping area with Sainsbury's Pizza Hut and McDonald's. Highly recommend. Would stay again for transport links.

Reception team were amazing, but the bathroom was dated and stained mould. The mattress was very soft and the springs were broken. Very uncomfortable and caused back pain. No towels in the room and the booking fails to let you know parking was extra. Not that I mind but would be nice to know. The lady on reception was the best part of the stay, trying to spin plates.

Hotel was clean and comfy although a little noisy on the Saturday night. The restaurant was okay on the Friday night when we arrived and the breakfast was good on Saturday morning although the men's toilets were disgusting and were covered in poo stains so my son had to go back to our room as he refused to use them. The hot breakfast on the Sunday was inedible as the sausage, bacon and black pudding were not properly cooked so we did not eat them for fear of food poisoning. On leaving Sunday evening we used the toilets in the restaurant before setting off and the men's toilets were in the same state as Saturday morning and did not appear to have been cleaned as they were still covered in the same poo stains. This is not the high standards I have come to expect from Premier Inn and I was very disappointed

Did the job. Convenient for where we wanted to be. Clean towels and bedding. Breakfast good. Very friendly staff. Carpets tatty and plug holes could do with a bit of bleach but apart from these picky points overall hotel was good value. But quite dated. Suited our needs.

Very old hotel. Chipped decor. My room was musty, carpets and tv remote were dirty. Hair in the shower (not mine) - tried to shower by touching as little of the shower curtain as possible! Very uncomfortable feeling. The bed had an 'off' smell. Won't be staying here again I expected way more from a hotel so close to the airport.
