Sea Hills Resort Havelock

It is a very Horrible stay at Sea Hills Resort, Havelock. The Cleanliness of common areas and rooms is very poor. Staff are not cooperative at all. The GM Vinod Miranda is very rude & arrogant and has no time to listen to in-house guests' complaints so what to expect from lower staff. He has no sense of how to speak with the guest. The AC of the rooms are not working and providing the toota-phoota items like Broken kettle & Hangers in the rooms even after the complaint nobody is listening and on asking for change of room they say the hotel is full and our main office in Port Blair, if you have a complaint just go there. Hotel service is extremely bad. I’m not the one to leave reviews usually, but the rooms had ac which had no cooling at all and not working. The Only Good Thing About Hotel is Newly Built Property and due to unavailability of the proper maintenance, which is controlled by rude & arrogant people like Vinod Miranda the booking at this hotel is not worthy. I do not recommend this hotel. No service, lift upto limit floors only, rooms too far from restaurant and no car park facilities, no food varieties facility, nothing available in this resort. Don't waste your Money to stay this type of resort.

Overall good for stay. Service & food is good. Staff really takes care of you for any food requirement. They can book cab for you also for site seeing. For bigger family it was a lovely stay. Would love to come back and stay again. for 5th floor rooms need to take stairs from 2nd floor as no lift provision.

One of the best stays in Havelock. Food was decent. Avinash and chef vinod did a commendable job. The only drawback is lift. Upper floor rooms are very good but you need to climb a lot of stairs. All over a memorable stay. Will recommend to friends and family. Thanks team Sea Hills.

Had an amazing experience with Sea Hills Resort. Very beautiful property. Great view from the rooms. Service and food was amazing. Breakfast variety was very good. Staffs are very polite and ready to help you. Special thanks to Avinash and team. Keep up the good work.

Awesome hotel, room arrangement cleanliness was good mainly the dinner section area was to awesome Avinash and his team is to co-operative and friendly, peacefull area as the background music keeps on playing overall pleasant stay must visit the place

This was such an amazing property. From the arrival rooms food staff everything was superb. A must visit property. Staffs are so polite and cooperative. Amit and swarup were excellent. Overall worth every penny we spent. Would definately reccomend everyone visiting havelock to book their stay at Sea Hills havelock.
