It is a very Horrible stay at Sea Hills Resort, Havelock. The Cleanliness of common areas and rooms is very poor. Staff are not cooperative at all. The GM Vinod Miranda is very rude & arrogant and has no time to listen to in-house guests' complaints so what to expect from lower staff. He has no sense of how to speak with the guest. The AC of the rooms are not working and providing the toota-phoota items like Broken kettle & Hangers in the rooms even after the complaint nobody is listening and on asking for change of room they say the hotel is full and our main office in Port Blair, if you have a complaint just go there. Hotel service is extremely bad. I’m not the one to leave reviews usually, but the rooms had ac which had no cooling at all and not working. The Only Good Thing About Hotel is Newly Built Property and due to unavailability of the proper maintenance, which is controlled by rude & arrogant people like Vinod Miranda the booking at this hotel is not worthy. I do not recommend this hotel. No service, lift upto limit floors only, rooms too far from restaurant and no car park facilities, no food varieties facility, nothing available in this resort. Don't waste your Money to stay this type of resort.
