L'albergo è posto nella zona del Vedado, cominciamo a dire che la struttura sembrerebbe nuova ma invece è abbastanza datata. L'ingresso ha un'aria fredda sparata al massimo. Le camere sono dotate di televisore, mini asciugamani, cassaforte inutilizzabile e di letti con i materassi duri come i mattoni. Il bagno ha una doccia che fa allagare tutta la stanza e all'interno è assente un asciugacapelli. La cena è veramente pessima, la sala della cena sembrerebbe una stanza di un magazzino, senza finestre. A pranzo ci hanno rifilato delle verdure crude, un pezzo di pesce e come dolce una marmellata con un pezzo di formaggio dentro. Nella colazione che invece si fa nella stessa hall dell'albergo è presente della pasta, del mango e del pane........

El servicio del hotel es bueno , es cómodo agradable , las habitaciones son espectaculares , me encanta el trabajo de las relacionistas públicas , me atendieron al instante , apresar del poco tiempo que estuve me encantó la experiencia

Hotel muy tranquilo, personal excelente, atento y muy amable. La mejor playa de varadero sin duda, aguas cristalinas. Muy cerca de la ciudad. Equipo de animación a diario. El menu variado y muy rico.

Mi estancia en memories varadero espectacular buenas atenciones personas muy cordiales,y en especial un centro muy acojedor y placentero,rodeado de la madre naturaleza.conocimos a Obdulio una persona super,acojedora y un bueno rector del centro recreativo

My first time in Cuba and we stayed at this very nice hotel. The staff were incredible, the rooms were always cleaned to perfection by the hotel staff. What can I say about the front desk help, our fantastic cooks, and the staff at the bar. Everyone were absolutely incredible. I felt so good because I'm learning spanish, and wore my t-shirt that said, estoy aprendiendo espanol y necesito practicar (lol!) and they were so nice to engage with me in Spanish. I recommend this hotel, it's close to the Malecon and not far from the hotel nacional (walking distance). Thank you to everyone at this hotel!

Great smiling,helpfull employees caring for all your needs.Specially thanks to Malvis and Carelis for made us feel like home. Me and my group enjoyed our stay a lot.The hotel is very quiet ,comfortable. Highly recommended.
