El frapuccino es excelente el mejor que he probado 😍 el sitio es muy agradable y la atencion al cliente igual de magnífica. Hay variedad de bebidas de buena calidad y precios relativamente accesibles. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Loved the hotel and found the staff at at he Panoramic Restaurant particularly helpful. Marlon Bennett, Miguel Maestre and Yaquelin Popa all provided fantastic service! I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to others planning to visit Havana!

L'albergo è semplicemente splendido ed ha diversi " punti forti", il primo è sicuramente la vista unica ed impagabile del mare, di tutto il lungomare, della baia e delle fortezze historiche. La piscina è una meraviglia con tutto il mare di fondo, così come i ristoranti da dove si gode sempre di una vista insuperabile. Il secondo punto forte è l'ubicazione strategica che permette di visitare a piedi la zona " vecchia " della città e muoversi facilmente in qualsiasi direzione. Il terzo, ma non meno importante, punto forte è il personale, tutti, ma proprio tutti, dai gentilissimi manager, passando dalle ragazze della recepcion, i camerieri, i facchini, Damayanti in piscina sempre sorridente e disponibile, tutti gentilissimi, professionali, e disponibili, un grazie speciale a Paolo per il suo aiuto. Sicuramente tornerò. Grazie Royalton!!

Royalton Havana o melhor Hotel que estivemos em Cuba 🇨🇺, quartos muito confortáveis com uma vista deslumbrante , desfrutamos de um pequeno Almoço com muitas variadades e uma excelente qualidade! Tem uma localização conveniente das maiores atrações de Havana! Os meus aplausos e parabéns para todos os trabalhadores em especial para o Chefe de Cozinha deste magnífico Hotel !

La atención del Subdirector Angel Fernández Royalton Habana maravilloso lo puedo calificar con nivel de excelencia. Su imagen y trato de un caballero siempre la pendiente de los huéspedes y de la operación el resto del personal meseros, recamareras etc perfectamente capacitados quisiera que esta mención sea del conocimiento de todo el personal en particular del señor Ángel Hernández estén seguros que en mis próximas vacaciones me hospedaré en el Royalton Havana lo prometo.

Atención y gastronomía excelentes. Un lugar limpio, acogedor y muy tranquilo. Ideal para compartir con amigos, familia o en pareja. Cada trabajador tiene una sonrisa que ofrecer y una disposición increíble para brindar el servicio. Siempre que tengo un tiempo es mi lugar favorito para disfrutar de su dulcería

Nuestra experiencia en el Royalton del Prado en La Habana fue muy agradable, las habitaciones súper cómodas, el servicio de desayuno excelente, el trato y la disposición del personal A1, el hotel está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica de la ciudad y lo más lindo frente al mar. Lo recomiendo

Hotel espectacular con una ubicación única, la cercanía al malecón hace que tu estadía sea de otro nivel. Puedes llegar a los puntos históricos más importantes de La Habana caminando. El personal siempre dispuesto a ayudarte y hacer de tu días en este hotel un sueño. Regresaría mil veces a La Habana y mil veces me quedaría en el Royalton del Prado.
