Hotel Vedado arvostelua

It's a hotel with a great location, right in downtown, nearby small fruit/vegetable markets, near Malecon (sea wall along the city), staff are very friendly at the lobby, at the restaurant and in the lobby bar, but the rooms lack basics. - Coffees and teas at the lobby bar were made with cold water as the coffee maker was broken. - TV in the room didn't work, (we had to ask to get it fixed, had to wait for the repair man and for the housekeeper) - Mini fridge did not work, ( we asked to get a different one) - Towel rack and curtain rod in the bathroom fell off every time we would hang a towel, - Towels changed were dirty + clogged shower drain , water wouldnt move down - The bathroom door was misaligned at the bottom as a result, the door didnt stay closed and would scratch the floor to open it and to close it. - No clothing racks in the closet and no hangers: we had no choice but to organize our clothes on top of the suitcase.
