El hotel esta muy bien y estan remodelando las habitaciones, a nosotros nos tocó una habitación recién remodelada y realmente les quedó muy bien y son muy amplias. Las camas muy cómodas y tienen buen AC. El único pero que puedo poner son los elevadores, les urge cambio o mínimo mantenimiento mayor.

Es un Excelente hotel , el servicio de primera. Es céntrico y tiene hermosas habitaciones. Volveré pronto. Lo recomiendo.

Falta mantenimiento en ascensores, por los restaurantes excelente y la atención del personal....es increíble, que gente y que pueblo tan amable y cordial. Me llevo de la Habana y de sus gentes un excelente concepto.

Es un hotel bien ubicado, con importantes lugares cerca. El servicio del bar El Patio muy bueno, muy agradables, al igual que las chicas de la recepción.

Fuimos 12 miembros de la familia incluyéndome,entre ellos 5 niños,y el señor q da el recibimiento,cuando escuchó q llevábamos 5 niños dijo q eso no era un círculo infantil,q eso no era para el público,ya de entrada nos sentimos mal al escuchar la forma déspota de este señor,del cual desgraciadamente no sabemos el nombre,si lo puedo describir físicamente,señor de nas de 50 años,blanco,de poco pelo,alto,y su cara refleja q no le gusta la entrada de cubanos al hotel,lo reconocerán fácilmente,no era la primera vez en la instalación,y los demás miembros del personal fueron atentos,hasta q llegó él pasado un rato y parece q regó el veneno,pq si,yo le reclamé sin ofensas de su maltrato hacia nosotros,eso no es gratis y tenemos derecho de entrar,no se los recomiendo,busquen otra opción,lo q si estuvo bien fue la calidad de la comida,y el resto del personal más o menos,habíamos Sido tratados mejor en otras ocasiones
