Incredibly welcoming and accommodating staff. I had a group of students with me for a weekend and they have made our stay very comfortable. Lovely breakfast prepared in advance for us as we had an early start of day. The newly refurbished café downstairs looks great and inviting.

Had a wonderful stay at Travelodge Hatfield—clean rooms and a cozy atmosphere! The service was exceptional, with Rahul Dhanawade going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. His warm hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and pleasant stay!

Beautiful refurbishment. A team of lovely and welcoming staff especially Karolin maheeda. Special shout out to the manager Magda for always going the extra mile for her customers. Clean rooms and a good range of breakfast dishes. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will return to Hatfield Travelodge.

We Stay here quiet often, nothing is ever too much trouble. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Loads of restaurants around if you don’t want to eat in at the hotel. But I do recommend the pie, delicious. Aldi, weatherspoons plus other shops in the Gallaria.

Please ignore the 5 star reviews by accounts with 1 review at this travelodge only 🚨 Stayed here for work and it was terrifying, had to get my company to move me. Yes staff were lovely and was pretty clean and basic but the clientele were very unsettling. Someone banging on doors in the corridor in the early hours, construction work ongoing, homeless people helping themselves to the breakfast (it’s nice that they can and have a roof over their head!). Later learnt this travelodge is currently emergency housing. Super cheap but just prepare yourself if you decide to book!

It is worth staying if you are couple. Transport and food stalls are walkable. Aldi, Subway, Mc D and many resturants are reachable.

Worst experience. I was not totally satisfied. It was typical indian, pakistani behaviour from the Reception staff. There was issue with the Drainage in the bathroom. The water came out after everytime, bath.

Travelodge Hatfield Central settled my fear around satisfactory settlement. I strongly recommend it to everyone that wants value for their money and true hospitality.
