Honestly, I’m too tired to write a full complaint, but I sincerely hope the management or owner will take this seriously and take action. A few key issues I experienced: 1. Air Conditioner – Extremely noisy. It was difficult to sleep. 2. Drinking Water – Not provided. Even budget resorts usually offer complimentary water. Poor service management. 3. Security and Parking – No clear signage or explanation about public vs. private parking. The staff didn’t inform guests properly and seemed unhelpful—almost like mannequins. I don’t recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made.

โรงแรมเดินจากสถานีรถไฟไม่ไกลมาก แต่ถ้าไปกิมหยง / ขึ้นสองแถวถนนเพชรเกษมจะแอบไกลนิดนึงแต่พื้นที่บริเวณนี้ไม่ค่อยเปลี่ยว กลับกลางคืนได้ ห้องกว้างมากๆ มีไดร์เป่าผม เน็ตความเร็วค่อนข้างโอเค
