Good location. Rooms are newly renovated. Very clean

I am just being blackmailed in the hotel!!! I have done check out and keep my luggage at the lobby concierge. Before I leave the counter, I have double confirm and check with the receptionist if everything is ok, the lady say ok, then I leave as I am going out for lunch while waiting my van to come pick me up. After I come back to take my luggage, suddenly the receptionist come to me and say they need to fine me 400baht as I have dirty their towel. I was so shock when I heard this and ask them to show me the dirty towel. Well I am ready to pay if it is really my fault as it is other ppl property. Funny part is, they show me a dry towel and claim that it is from my room, and they have to look for the stain part in front of me up side down then they found back the stain part. It is a small part of shampoo stain and clearly can be easily washed with normal water. I am totally speechless and this is way beyond ridiculous. I will never comeback again for sure and you know what, now I think the hotel in Hat Yai is full of scammers. Wouldn’t even come back to here anymore.

地理位置非常不錯，就在金榮大巴殺旁，前往Lee garden也就幾分鐘腳程，我很滿意這酒店，價格也算公道，服務也不錯，有免費停車位，每次來合艾，一定選擇這裏入住，

酒店位置很好，步行幾分鐘就到lee garden，步行幾分鐘就到kim yong. 酒店比較老舊,有一點陰森.

Very big two single bedded room.. We request two linked room.. Very nice and clean Strategy location... It's perfect stay.. Will booked again for our next hatyai trip

Every times I come hatyai i stay here,the hotel is clean and the location is good.

The location is great!! Just within few minutes walk to Lee Garden Night Market. No worries with transportation (Tuktuk service) as they will be just right infront of the hotel.. Hotel room still spacious eventho we do add on extra bed for our room (extra charge for the add on bed).. Will definitely stay here again 👍👍👍👍
