We had a lovely 3 nights stay. The hotel is conveniently located at a busy shopping area. It is easy to walk around to find food. The staff at the hotel are attentive and hospitable making our stay pleasant.

Great Check-In service. English & Malay spoken person. Halal Restaurant for muslim Great gym & sauna. Poor check-out procedure - waited almost 15mins to get clearance that we didnt take anything from the bar & fridge.

Superb location! One of the best hotels in Hatyai. There's Macs opposite the hotel. Very easy to call for tuktuk or grab. Lots of food stalls around and the streets are always bustling! Hotel staffs very polite. Check in process was smooth and the bell boy helped to bring our luggages to room. There's always someone pressing lift button for us as well.

Centera is one of the best hotels I stayed in both hatyai and Bangkok. It's really very service oriented, staff are friendly, nice and can speak english. Breakfast are the best. Amenities are so nice to have. I asked for help to cut fruit food and they offered somebody to come up to help cut it for me. That's so good service.
