Very nice stay and comfortable

Plenty of car park space, so very good for those who drive to Hatyai. Provide good hospitality services from your first step into the hotel until the last day you check-out. Understand that the hotel has been operated for years but they maintained well. Breakfast provided is sufficient and delicious. Overall, it provided enjoyable memories for the entire stay. Highly recommended!

Overall, everything was good.. The staff are friendly.our kids are in the swimming pool..This is my second time for this hotel

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is a distance away from attractions and you need to take transportation every time you go out. It would be great if the hotel provides free shuttle to Lee Garden or Kim Yong Market. The room is clean, but the pillows have odors and the bed sheets have stains and holes. The hotel does not look as elegant as in the photos, but I like the ambience of the hotel. There is not much variety of food for breakfast. Overall, I still feel comfortable and happy staying in this hotel.

Please change the TV to Smart Tv…Atleast can watch YouTube or Netflix without boring…As every time I need to bring my Android stick together to watch Netflix…Other than that…Everything is perfect….

The hotel is modern and new. The rooms are also spacious as they are not located in the busy centre. They provide free transportation to nearby mall. The service and parking also makes traveling easy as well. Recommend this place to anyone who is coming
