Vive Hotel

酒店的地理位置相當好，火車站出來，步行2分鐘就可以到達，酒店對面就是Tesco，而且從酒店步行大概5分鐘就可以到海邊，然後距離2條步行街走路也就5-10分鐘，相當方便； 酒店的設施很新、房間很大、服務員很nice； 我們是2大1小入住，服務員幫我們安排了加床，速度很快、效率很高，而且用的是全新的床墊，大床墊和小床墊都很舒服； 衞生間超級大，去了英國那麼多次、英國那麼多地方，是我看過的最大的衞生間，足足有10平米； 房間是公寓類型，可以自己煮飯，廚房的設施也是非常全的，而且很乾凈👍

乾淨整潔服務好

This location is falsely advertised as a hotel. It is not!  - your room will not be cleaned daily, no matter how long you stay for, unless you pay an extra £30 per clean. So you can keep your dirty floor and towels for the duration of your stay! Keep in mind you're already paying an extortionate daily fee to sleep. - do not be fooled by the photos, the beds are terrible, the mattresses are super uncomfortable. You can feel every spring in your back! The sheets also seemed dusty and unclean. We had to be moved rooms because the first room's bed was absolutely atrocious.  - you are given a tiny 20ml pot of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. This of course will not be changed.  - have rubbish? Forget about it, they will only provide you with a tiny tiny toilet bin, large enough to fit a couple of tissues.  - the heating system is so bad, it will take you a day to figure it out, and when you do, it will blow hot air that stinks of burned clothes (like a hot iron just left on).  - the WiFi gets turned off in the building in the evening - the door lock stopped working so we couldn't get into our room late at night. The concierge suggested we may have to stay in another room for the night.  - the door does not lock from the inside of the room.  - the shower pressure is really good, but it only has two settings, water as hot as the caves of hell, or as cold as a Wim Hof cold plunge.  - Although the check in is 24/7 it's hard to get hold of the concierge if you do need something. They leave a number at the desk for you to call in case of an emergency, but when we tried it, it took multiple attempts to get hold of someone. We couldn't check out straight away because of this. The people at the desk, although nice, seemed young and inexperienced and couldn't really answer any queries we had.  - All the rooms are advertised as having a nice view, however, it is just a street view (which is fine if that's what was originally noted down). Perhaps a view of the local Tesco extra is what you're looking to see!  Trust me, save your money and find another location, this "hotel" just cuts corners and cuts costs in every single way. A travel lodge would be better than this place.

Lovely room and staff but very loud outside noise Room was exceptionally clean and in lovely condition. Bed was comfortable but pillows were of a low quality not offering much neck support. Staff were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately our overall enjoyment was affected by the location of out room (a corner room facing the high street). The outside noise (bars, clubs, traffic) were very loud until 3.30am. If you can request a room on the other side of the corridor the noise should be less.

Scam Poor service at check in

Didnt live up to expectations I had high hopes for our first stay at Vive in Hastings, as Hastings desperately needs an injection of reasonably priced decent hotels. However we had NO SLEEP at all due to excessive room + hotel temperature; noise; and light polution. The hotel was SOOOO hot (on a cool day). Even the corridoors. The heat hit you as soon as you walked in. Although a fan was in the room (which should have been an indication of what was to come) it was impossible to regulate the room temperature. There was a thermostat in the room, that was set on lowest setting. Opened a window, but gave little relief, and there was so much road noise. There was also a constant 'humming' noise, which we believe was from a ceiling air vent (which gave no comfort to the extreme temperature). The curtains, although with blackout lining, did not meet in the middle, and had spaces all round the outside letting light in day and night! The noise of the buses and traffic together with the bright lights outside; and the excessively hot temperature made it impossible to sleep. We also left a quality shirt behind in the wardrobe (our fault), but on contacting reception it was nowhere to be found! (Cleaner obviously had a good tip!)
