We had a terrible experience from the moment we checked in, and it was nowhere near worth the amount we paid. We had to change rooms three times. The first room had no blinds in the bathroom, which had a transparent cubicle. The second room had no lock on the bathroom door. The third room's bathroom door lock was also defective, but we decided to adjust. Additionally, the corridors had an unpleasant smell.
We opted for the room with a breakfast and lunch/dinner package, expecting either a buffet or at least a preset menu. However, upon visiting the dining hall, we were informed that we couldn't order items costing more than ₹750.
Overall, I would say this hotel does not meet the standards of a 3-star property, especially with such poor maintenance and service.
